Where we deliver

We deliver only within the service area of our partner mills, currently in Thane. The app tells you whether we deliver to your address before you order.

When we deliver

• You choose a delivery slot at checkout (same day when available, or up to a few days ahead).
• Orders are ground or pressed fresh after you order, so the earliest slot depends on the mill's workload. Slots are estimates; if we are delayed, we tell you in the app.
• We do not ship outside our delivery area or by courier.

Delivery charges

A delivery fee may apply below a minimum order value. The exact fee is shown at checkout and on your bill before you pay.

Receiving your order

• Share the 4-digit delivery code shown in the app with our rider; the order is handed over only against this code.
• For cash on delivery, please pay the amount shown in the app.
• If nobody is available at the address, the rider will call you. We may reschedule or cancel an order we cannot deliver.
