Terms of Use, Cancellation, Refund & Delivery Policy

Falconnova ("Blendora", "we") sells freshly ground flours, spice blends and cold-pressed oils through the Blendora app. Last updated: 30 October 2026.

1. Orders

• Products are prepared to order from the ingredients and ratios you choose. Prices shown include our grinding/pressing charge; GST and delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed when you see "Order placed" in the app. We may cancel an order if an ingredient becomes unavailable or the address is outside our delivery area; any payment is then refunded in full.

2. Delivery

• We deliver within our service area in the slot you choose. Slots are estimates; we will tell you in the app if we are delayed.
• Please share the 4-digit delivery code shown in the app with our rider. For cash on delivery, please pay the amount shown.

3. Cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge in the app until the mill accepts your order.
• Once grinding has started the product is made specially for you, so the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds and replacements

• If a product arrives damaged, spilled, short in weight, wrong, or not fit to eat, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full.
• Because products are custom-made and perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of approval. Cash orders are refunded by UPI/bank transfer.

5. Product information

Each pack is labelled with ingredients, net quantity, MRP, packing date and best-before date. Store in a cool, dry, airtight container. Products may contain traces of other grains or spices processed in the same facility.

6. Your account

Keep your phone and one-time codes private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered city have jurisdiction.
